Shipping Costs and Payments

Shipping

For orders over AUD $99.01, shipping is free. For orders under $99 we charge $20 for shipping, using a tracked service. All goods are fully insured.

All parcels are sent from our NZ warehouse using FEDEX or NZ Post tracked services, depending on size of the order. This is a tracked 2-5 working day service depending on your location in Australia. Nature Shop warehouses are open weekdays only so any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following week.

Payments

Payments are processed in real time by Windcave, one of Australasia's most trusted payment processors. We accept bank transfers worldwide and all major credit cards: Visa and Mastercard as well as Zip and Afterpay. This website is uni-lingual. The only available language for contract conclusion before the placement of any order is English. Payments will appear on your card statement from "Nature Shop". Certain credit card payments may also be subject to international card processing fees, please check with your bank for more information.
