I first ordered a size 7 but it was too small. Nature Shop sent out a size 8 even before they had received the size 7 back which was very impressive. The size 8 is still a wee bit tight, but I think a 9 would be too big. It's a really great shoe for at the beach or around home. Not a lot of support for long walks on hills, but fine for on the flat.
