This is quite simply the most practical and versatile baselayer I've ever owned! Too much?, not when you consider the comfort, performance and sheer quality of this item. The ribbed-knit material and 'invisible' seams mean that this top just disappears under other items, binding a surprising amount of warm air without being noticable to the wearer. The ribbed material also gives a natural stretch amd movement without recourse to lycra and holds it's shape pretty well, recovering after washing without the need to iron.
Simple, clean lines and a lack of unneccesary 'adornement' mean that this item goes with everything. From casual everyday use to more technical and demanding environments this top will just do the job, full stop!
