This is great, I love the jacket. I often layer it with other Marino wool products. The cut of the jacket is really nice, with good length often hard to find in women's jackets. My only disappointment is a slight tendency to pill unlike other icebreaker products.

I was traveling in Argentina for 3 months and needed a lightweight 'jacket' that would serve changeable weather- this is PERFECT- because it's merino wool it adapts to temperature (well not extreme- I was between 4 degrees and 16 degrees). It's great for layering and it washes really well. I was in drier climates, so don't know how it would do with big rain- but it does dry fast after washing.

The icebreaker cascade is a really nice top but the sizing was slightly odd. I usually wear a small but the small was pretty tight. I returned it and got a medium, but this was quite roomy. I kept the bigger one as it was okay. Great top for throwing over things.
